Consumer Health Reviews

Verification-first reviews of vitamins & supplements.

01 — Mission

What we do

Consumer Health Reviews checks vitamin and supplement listings against their own labels and publicly available reference data, then publishes what we find — good and bad. We don't run a lab. We're not a manufacturer or a retailer. We're an independent publication, and we're still building out our full library, so some sections below are lighter than they'll eventually be.

02 — Verification

How a listing gets checked

  • Label claims are cross-checked against the product's own packaging and manufacturer documentation.
  • Dosing is compared against publicly available reference ranges — this is a sourcing check, not a claim of effectiveness.
  • Affiliate relationships are disclosed before any purchase link appears, every time, with no exceptions.
  • We never use pass/fail language that implies a medical outcome, and we never state or imply that a product treats, cures, or prevents disease.
This is a documentation-based verification, not a laboratory test. We don't independently test products, and we say so on every review.
